30-day satisfaction guarantee
If a Pausora product doesn't fit your routine, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No interrogation, no restocking fees.
How to start a return
- Email hi@pausora.com with your order number and the reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Pack the item in its original packaging when possible, and drop it off at any carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund posts within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct swap, mention it in your return email and we'll coordinate.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
Items we can't accept
- Opened items used directly on skin or body for hygiene reasons
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale
- Items missing original packaging or damaged through use
Damaged-on-arrival items are always eligible regardless of category — just send photos.
Refund timing
Once we process your return, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional billing cycle to display.
