Where we ship

Pausora currently ships to the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are temporarily excluded while we finalize carriers. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Delivery times

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days from US warehouses
• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Free shipping

Orders over $35 ship free with standard delivery.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships. If you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email hi@pausora.com.

Delays

Weather events, carrier disruptions, and major holidays can extend delivery windows. We'll keep you informed by email if anything affects your order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early), check with neighbors, and then email us. If it's truly lost or arrived damaged, we'll replace it.
